GAMES : MY LIFE as…

Ok, so standardized testing. I used to do alright with those types of things back in high school. And I did pretty well on my SAT’s as well. There were other things like not doing any homework that kept my grades pretty solid at the C+/B range.

My younger sister is still in college and had to take some crazy state wide test as part of her teaching degree and I was helping her with some of the math and verbal parts of it, not unlike the SAT. And then I thought, what she really needs is to understand the questions. She needs a game… the analogy game on the DS.

How fantastic would that be. Just a ton of SAT verbal sections on a DS cart where you circle your answers on the bottom screen and then go to next. You could just do it whenever. And all that text and limited input really couldn’t take up much space at all. There are already a sleuth of brain training games, why not “Pass the SAT” games. The math you could do all on the bottom screen, and even have a tab with 4 function calculator. I’m telling you it would be huge, huge I say.

Oh, and the correct answer to the analogy at the top is GAMES : MY LIFE as PICKUP TRUCKS : HICKS … a requirement not an option
