Wii Would Rather Not Play
So yeah...wii play... more like wii would rather not play.
The best thing I got from it was the wiimote. I don’t mind the price tag because I just took into account that I’m pretty much paying for the wiimote and getting a game on the side...when it should be the other way around. This game should be built into the wii console as one of the channels, not a separate game... and certainly not in place of Wii Sports.
The game shows how amazing the controller is and shows you some of the things you can do with it. But really it's like making a game out of teaching a kid to wash his face and charging for it.
I think its a good game to play when you first get the wii but, again, it shouldn't replace wii sports as a packed in game and it should just be a channel on the wii, like a tutorial channel. The games are cute and fun but I just got mad when I went through everything in no lie 10 minutes and went...THATS IT!?!?!?
Oh no that’s not it I can keep playing to get a better score....OOOOOO fuck that...this isn't texttwist!
The shooting game is fun but its the same thing every time...the find your Mii game is fun and cute and is pretty good...the ping pong game isn't ping pong all you're doing is having a volley "see how many times you can hit and back and forth" lame...tanks is fun...pool is decent but pool sucks as a not-in-real-life game.
There is a two player mode… it is alright but again gets boring really quickly.
I would have liked it if it was a channel built into the Wii but since they sold it as an external game...its like...no
That’s it that’s all I got. I played it for 20 minutes the day I got it and haven't touched it since...and haven't even had the urge to I’ve had more of an urge to play every other game I own over playing Wii Play ever again.
